Pre-meet for our third outdoor meet in Albany.
- Warm up jog of 10-15 minutes
- Dynamic stretches
- Wickets and Stick drills
- 5 × 30m flys (accelerate to first marker, sprint for 30 meters, decelerate)
- Static stretches
