Simulation meet in Albany today.

I’m going to keep emphasizing the mental training aspect. Keep pulling up videos of top track and field athletes at the college and Olympic level and analyzing their movements and efforts.

Warm up

As far as the physical side of the “meet”, pick 3 sprint lengths (or simulate with the time you’d prefer to run them in and make it a timed event) and perform them at your highest level. Get full recovery on all of them.

Integrate 4-5 field event runway approaches like you’d normally coordinate at a meet even if you are not a field event person.

Cool down stretch
