You’re halfway there!
You all are doing so well. Today is designed to be a recovery day. However, it’s not fully a recovery day if you don’t actually recover. Besides a little less workload, the main factor that will help with recovery today is by doing the 35 minutes of stretching & foam rolling. Hydration and rest are the other two main factors. Either way , just know that you are on a roll and days like today are meant to keep you healthy and refreshed.
