Today’s Friday. Which means it’s time to get in touch with your small groups. A few things regarding small groups. 1. Are you looking to contribute ? 2. It’s much easier and more fun to lead / be part of a group that is communicating. So are you helping your captains by replying in a prompt manner, or replying at all? I ask that you all continue to challenge yourselves. I am not only asking you to challenge yourselves in running, but also in the areas which can help you to become a great team player. So, I’ll finish with: Have you been using the golden rule. In other words, would you want to lead you? If not, that’s ok. It’s never to late to throw in some more effort. Better late then never. If you can say yes to that question then great job, keep it up!
Either way you’re reading this now which means your off to a great start. Now take it a step further and continue to encourage your teammates, and also be encouraged.
