“You are your only limit”
I want you to think about that for a second. Are you telling yourself the skies the limit? Are you the one putting a cap on your potential?
Often times the most difficult part will be getting out of the door. So encourage yourself! You’re adding to your commitment by participating in these optional workout days. Keep it up.
Today I just ask that you watch your respective training video, and get to work. Also, dress warm as it will be a cool one today.
