One of my college teammates and good friends to this day would always say that. In this case it’s perfect advice.
Today I want all three groups to : Jog 10 minutes, Core & Mobility – 1 Circuit, and MOST IMPORTANTLY stretch and foam roll for 35 minutes. We are in the part of the season where we begin to pull back on the workload a bit. One of the ways we peak properly is by taking a little extra rest, and focus on keeping healthy! So that’s the goal today. Please make sure and take the time to foam roll/ stretch. Not a bad idea to hydrate a bit more than normal as it’s starting to become warmer weather. Also, I will be releasing our “Wednesday parable talk” at noon today. Make sure you watch that as well. Only one week left from today! Thank you all for your hard work and for sticking with it this season. You’re almost to the finish line. So enjoy this day to focus on recovery.
