Tuesday, May 12th
Today is a workout day. It’s also Tuesday which means it’s time to get into contact with your small groups. One small encouragement can be the reason someone has a better day, or even gets their workout in. So go on and bless others.
As for the order of events. All you need to do today is watch your respective training video, and get your workouts done. You will have a better workout if you bring a positive and resilient mindset. I hope you all are doing well. Have a great day and know that I’m proud of you.

Senior Tribute - Frankie Tomczik
Frankie, You brought the energy. I appreciated your zest of enthusiasm that was sprinkled over all of us. You became a strong competitive runner, and had a strong core of guys with you which became contagious in both competitive fire and that sense of humor. However, my 2 biggest memories will always be the hurdle race in Maple Lake and pole vaulting last season. These are 2 scary events for most people and you attacked them both. I feel you will continue to do that in life as well.
