Cathedral Track and Field 2020

Daniel, you are an all around track and field athlete. The pole vault may define you to others, but I think about all the events you have done over the years and you have probably competed in close to half of them. What I appreciate most about you is your positive attitude! You always seemed to be in a good mood when at track meets or practices. That is a contagious attribute and I’m sure you will continue to spread that to future teammates and coaches. Go Johnnies!

It’s another sunny day, and another great opportunity to get a workout in. With everything going on, continue to stay active. This will help you to stay healthy both mentally and physically.
There are less than ten difficult workouts left in the season. So take them one at a time, and push yourselves.
Today you simply need to watch your respective training video, and get your workouts done. Also, a friendly reminder to hydrate, stretch, and foam roll.
